Schedule a meeting with me to discuss criteria for the new home in Atlanta Research local schools and areas to determine which area is best for you and your families needs

*90-60 days out* Possible make a second visit to Metro Atlanta Choose local schools and neighborhood Write a contract to purchase home in new area of choice Schedule a Home Inspection of the new property with in the first 7 days

*30-60 days out* Locate local daycare/childcare if needed Open all new banking accounts and schedule utilities Make reservations with moving companies in advance Begin organiztion/packing of items making the move with you

*30 days out* Close on the new home in Metro Atlanta Ensure transfer of utilities for scheduled date Choose local service providers for cellular, internet, and cable services Locate local hospitals and emergancy services
